eCentre - Trial Launch of Hongkong Post Self Service Postal Kiosk
A self service postal kiosk will be put on trial at the eCentre, 1/F., Trade Square, 681 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Kowloon with effect from 12 April 2010 (Monday).
The kiosk provides a one-stop-shop service for customers to weigh their mail items, assess the postage according to the selected service and destination and print the required postage labels.
On 12 April 2010, in order to enable more customers to try out the kiosk, a restriction of one transaction (post one mail item or purchase 10 postage labels) per queuing customer will be imposed. Each postage label will bear the date of issue and a "Postage Paid" indication, the label will only be valid for use as postage on mail items accepted at the eCentre on the date of issue.
The eCentre opens on Mondays to Fridays from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.. Customers patronizing the eCentre for postal services or other facilities need to be registered with a valid registration card. To register for the eCentre service and facilities or other related enquiries, please contact our Customer Service Hotline at 2921 2277.
